Experience That Scales.
As the former Chief Operating Officer of EnGen and co-founder of the international EdTech company NEI, Kristina Curtis Ekiz has more than 15 years of experience on both sides of education: teaching in the classroom and building the platforms and organizations that serve learners at scale. She helped grow EnGen from under $1M to more than $12M in revenue while serving over one million learners through partners including Amazon, Target, and Tesla. Along the way, she built the operations that helped the company scale efficiently while keeping clients engaged and coming back.
Her work spans a wide range of organizations and challenges, from early-stage startups and global enterprises to state agencies, community college systems, and universities. She has built teams of 70+ people, led distributed teams across 18 time zones, and taken a company from an idea to a funded, internationally recognized venture. Kristina holds an M.A. from the University of Delaware and executive certifications from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and Wharton, and her work has appeared in The Nikkei and EdTechReview. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build the systems, teams, and strategies they need to grow their impact.
